Festivāls “UPDATE”

Sestdien, 28. septembrī, no pulksten 13.00 Tipogrāfijas Radošajā kvartālā (Pumpura ielā 10, Liepājā) notiks prezentācijas, izrādes un koncerts.

13:00 mākslinieki-pētnieki prezentēs savus darbus.

15:00 savu performanci piedāvās ukraiņu māksliniece, kas šobrīd ir rezidencē Liepājā, Irina Loskota, aicinot apmeklētājus pārdomāt, cik svarīgi ir rūpēties, dzīvojot konfliktu un krīzes pilnā pasaulē.

21:00 – pašmāju mākslinieku koncerts.

Festivāls UPDATE piedāvā darbnīcas interesentiem jaunu digitālo un tehnoloģisko prasmju attīstīšanai. Visas darbnīcas un meistarklases notiks angļu valodā un ir pieejamas bez maksas.

Фестиваль UPDATE пропонує воркшопи для тих, хто зацікавлений у розвитку нових цифрових та технологічних навичок. Усі воркшопи та майстер-класи відбуватимуться англійською мовою і є безкоштовними.

Afternoon for Art and Science is the opening event of the arts festival UPDATE in Liepaja. Festival consists of workshops, masterclasses, exhibition, Family Day. All events are for free and in English.

On Saturday, September 28, from 1 PM at the Printing House Creative Quarter (Pumpura street 10, Liepaja), there will be presentations, performances and a concert.

At 1 PM, artists-researchers will present their works.

At 3 PM, Ukrainian artist, now in residency in Liepaja, Iryna Loskot, will be offering her performance – inviting visitors to reflect on the importance of care when living in a world full of conflict and crisis.

At 9 PM – a concert by local artists.

The UPDATE festival offers workshops for those interested to develop new digital and technological skills. All workshops and masterclasses will take place in English and are available for free.
